The different levels of the Hierarchy are called tiers, and the labels given to those tiers (branch, region, division, etc.) vary based on the blueprint of the Account. Users are assigned within tiers to organize the structure of the account and to automate complaint resolution and social share settings through the proper workflow of the company.

Just like users, tiers can have public profile pages that combine the reviews of all professionals associated with that tier. Since tiers can have profile pages, there are minimum requirements for tier information, which will be collected when activating and adding a location to a tier or when editing the tier’s profile information.
