Unpublishing Location Profiles
When you deactivate a tier within your hierarchy, the associated location profile will be automatically unpublished. Any information or content associated with that tier, including location-specific details, will no longer be visible to users or the public.
Tier Reactivation
Deactivated tiers can be reactivated at any time from the hierarchy. Reactivating a tier is a straightforward process and can help restore a tier’s profile and reviews when necessary.
Managing Users
Users assigned to the deactivated tier will appear in the users list as "unassigned." To ensure the users can continue sending surveys and receiving reviews effectively, you should move these users into active tiers within the account’s hierarchy.
Deactivating a Tier
Locate the tier in the hierarchy and hover over the expandable menu in the Action column. From the menu, select Deactivate.
When the menu expands from the right side of the page, confirm your decision to deactivate the tier by clicking the red Deactivate button.
