Experience.com’s HubSpot integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to desired recipients during and after key moments in any part of a project or sales, marketing, or support lifecycle taking place in the software. The HubSpot integration allows you to:

  • Ingest project/process data from HubSpot into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and send surveys to project, activity, or transaction participants and partners based on role, transaction type, or location.

Transactions ingested from the HubSpot platform into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.

Configuring the HubSpot Integration

Configuring the HubSpot integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires the help of an organization or account manager with access to the HubSpot account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:

  1. Create a new HubSpot Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click HubSpot, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. When redirected, log in to the Hubspot account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion.

  1. If this is your first time connecting to HubSpot from Experience.com, the platform will ask to authorize several permissions. Click Accept.

With a validated connection, you will be redirected back to the XMP where the integration panel expands, providing a total display of all pertinent details in the HubSpot integration. Within the integration configuration panel, no adjustments are necessary; all the required data and settings are preloaded for your convenience. Fine-tune your data filtering preferences effortlessly by setting conditions within individual campaigns.

During this setup, it is essential, however, to designate a reliable point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or potential reconnections.

Upon saving and activating the integration, your selected transaction data is seamlessly ingested from HubSpot to the XMP.
