Overview

AMS360 is an agency management software designed for insurance agencies and businesses. It aids in managing policies, renewals, customer retention, and employee productivity. When integrated with Experience.com (XMP), AMS360 enables the ingestion of new policy data into Experience.com.

The integrated system allows the mapping of ingested data to users (agents) and campaigns within the account. Using the ingested data, the XMP facilitates the automation of campaigns and surveys to specific personas based on policy type, journey moment, or location. Policies imported from AMS360 into the Experience.com platform are labeled as verified transactions.

Prerequisites for Configuring an AMS360 Integration

Before AMS360 can be integrated with the XMP, the following prerequisites must be met:

  1. Configure notifications in AMS360 for Experience.com

  2. Configure API access in AMS360 for Experience.com

Enabling notifications in your AMS360 account sends policy updates to Experience.com, which then utilizes the AMS360 API to pull related customer and employee data for generating and sending customer surveys. It's important to note that Experience.com only reads AMS360 data and does not make any updates to it. Configuration of the notification service and API access is managed separately within your AMS360 account, and API credentials can be added to the Experience.com platform to complete the configuration process.
