Campaign templates are purpose-built tools that offer a streamlined and expert-approved starting point for Account and Organization Managers in the campaign creation process. These templates are thoughtfully crafted with insights from our CX and EX experts, incorporating some of the most effective survey questions and workflow practices.

Each campaign template comes pre-loaded with default settings, questions, workflows, and communication strategies. However, these templates are fully customizable to align with the builder's preferences. This flexibility allows managers to tailor the campaign to their account’s specific needs and objectives.

Campaign templates are organized and displayed based on industry relevance. They are categorized based on the industry that the account operates in, such as mortgage, real estate, insurance, and more. This industry-specific approach ensures that campaigns are not only efficient but also tailored to the unique requirements of each business sector.

Campaign templates can be managed, created, or deleted by Super Admins only.
