Once you hit Publish, a side drawer opens up on the right side displaying the list of changes you’ve made, any missing mandatory fields, and the connection status of platforms. Note that you can always publish to other target sites if you don’t have a Google or Facebook connection in listings, but we recommend that you connect to Google and Facebook.

Once you click publish from the drawer, you can check the status on the “Publish” tab. The Publish page offers a preview of Google, Facebook, and other target sites where your business information can be published. 

Any errors in your profile information that prevent you from publishing to Google, Facebook, or other target sites appear in the “Take Action” panel on the right. Aggregating tags beneath the data fields denote the target sites such as Google or Facebook, where the error has been detected.

Clicking on the respective data field opens up that section of your profile wherein you can update or rectify your business information. Any updates you make reflect on the “Yet to Publish” section of the right side panel.

They also show up on the launch pad at the top of the dashboard where you can push to publish the recent changes.

When you publish, please know that while Google and Facebook publishing happens right away or within 24 hours of publishing, publishing on other target sites takes one to four weeks.

Publish

The Publish page offers a preview of target sites where business information can be published. Real-time data at the top of the page shows the total available sites, sites where information is published, sites in the publishing process, and unpublished sites.

On the Posts page, professionals with authenticated Google Business Profile connections can manage imported posts and publish new content directly to the platform.

Professionals should verify their login to GBP through Auth verification (NOT Google Place ID) to import and publish new posts.

Professionals can also create new posts, and edit, delete, and view posts directly from their Experience.com account. 

The ability to import and sync Google posts is available only when the Listings product is enabled for an account. Additionally, a Google connection is a prerequisite to importing Google Posts.

Users should make sure the “Import Google Posts” toggle in the Account/Tier/User settings is turned ON to successfully import posts. It takes 24 hours to load your posts once the setting is enabled.

Q & A

The Q&A page allows professionals to manage questions imported from Google. Users can post answers to questions, which are then synced back onto Google for public viewing.

Google connection is a prerequisite to import Google Q&A. Additionally, import Q&A from Google toggle should be ON to import Q&A from the Google Business Profile.

Managers/Admins can click on View All in their Listings Dashboard to view all questions and answers imported for all users and tiers in the account.

Questions for each Tier/User GBP account are differentiated by a tag. For example, if Google Q&A is imported for 2 tiers (or 2 users) within an organization, a tag displays the Tier name (or User’s name) on the specific question. This functionality is available only for Managers/Admins.

Questions and answers can be filtered by Source, Tier, and/or User.

Total Views

The page features a graph on the left side with Total Views on either Search or Maps and displays the breakdown of mobile versus desktop visitors.

By clicking Boost views, the professional can access a list of continuous actions in the “Flux” section and receive advice to optimize their visibility in Google Search and Map results.
