Basic products and add-on products can be configured for accounts anytime from the Accounts list. Account and Organization Managers cannot manage the product list to avoid interfering with billing, but Super Admins, CS Admins, and Onboarding Admins can configure and manage these.

The following products can be configured from the Products menu:
Third Party Reviews Management | This toggle is on and locked for all accounts. It allows users to connect to third party sites and import their reviews. Third-party reviews include Google, Facebook, and Zillow. |
Listings Management | This toggle enables the Listings product, which includes the Listings dashboard and location/professional listings data management pages. |
Social Monitor | This toggle enables Social Monitor, allowing account managers to create monitors, set up alerts, and manage the account’s social compliance across social sites. |
Survey Campaigns | This toggle enables Campaigns for an account, and is required to be toggled ON for surveys to be sent from an account. Enabling this toggle also allows email-only campaigns to be created. |

Advanced Analytics | This toggle enables Advanced Analytics dashboards powered by Tableau to report and display data for Account Managers. |
Benchmark Survey | This toggle indicates that an account is enrolled in an industry benchmarking program, like MOXI (Mortgage Origination Experience Index). |
Integration with AI | This toggle enables AI-integrated features, such as auto-reply with AI and reply with AI in Reviews Management. This toggle must be enabled for both of these features to work. |
