The Listings Dashboard
The Listings Dashboard offers hierarchical managers a comprehensive overview and control hub for managing and publishing location data across multiple web platforms directly from the Experience.com platform. At the top of the dashboard, managers find key metrics displaying essential information about their account's listings. This includes the total number of locations and users on Listings, as well as a preview of the number of questions imported from Google Q&A connections.

The clickable interface allows managers to access the Question & Answers page, which can be filtered by Source, Tier, or User, providing a focused view of relevant information.

The main section of the dashboard comprises two primary cards: Location listings and User listings. These cards offer a quick glance at the status of listings, indicating whether they are Published or Unpublished. Also included on the main cards, the dashboard prominently displays important notifications, alerting managers to listings requiring authorization or pending sites. This ensures that managers can promptly address any issues that may arise.

On the right side of the page, managers can find a small graph showcasing Publish Information. This graph displays the date a listing was last published and the number of listings published in the last 7 days, providing insight into recent activity.
Below the graph, managers can preview the Listings Management activity feed. This feed displays previously published or edited pages in a log format, allowing managers to track changes and updates over time.

Finally, the dashboard highlights any data issues that have resulted in listings not being published to target sites. These issues are displayed separately for both Locations and Users, enabling managers to efficiently identify and address reasons that listings did not publish.
