If you've enabled email 3 or 4, you'll be determining how many days after the previous reminder the next automated reminder should be triggered, as long as the survey remains incomplete. This sequential approach allows you to set up a series of up to three reminders, increasing the chances of engagement from recipients who may have initially missed the survey request.
Survey Retake Email
The system allows users to request a survey retake from customers through email or SMS, provided this feature is enabled. This request is triggered when the user clicks the "request retake" button located on the reviews page.
Set Post-Completion Survey Expiry to Control Survey Retake
Campaign Managers can now set a Post-Completion Survey Expiry period (15-365 days) for survey links after a respondent completes the survey.
A new "Expire link after survey completion" option is now available in the Email/SMSĀ Setup sections under Survey Retake Email/SMS.
This post-completion expiry is configured independently for both email and SMS survey campaigns. Furthermore, this setting is distinct from the overall campaign expiry date, giving you more granular control.
