Overview
Each campaign’s Set Conditions empower accounts to finely tailor their survey campaigns by defining specific conditions and triggers. This documentation will guide you through the settings, source selection, and conditions to optimize your campaign's delivery.
Delivery and Eligibility Settings
At the top of the page, you'll find eligibility settings determining who, within the account (based on tier assignment), is qualified to have surveys sent on their behalf from the campaign. Additionally, it dictates the origin of the campaign – whether it is sent from an agent, a specific tier, or the entire account (company).
Send As
All campaign transactions are tied to an individual user, but the delivery of the campaign may be on behalf of the tier or the company, based on preferences.
The selection here dictates how the campaign appears when delivered to the intended recipient in several places, including to whom the email communications are addressed and the name/image that appears at the top of the survey taker.
Select (Participants)
Beneath the Send As selection menu, you are required to select one of the radio button options to designate which tiers of the account should (or should not) be included in this campaign. There are several ways to designate the tiers that should participate in the campaign.
All tiers: all tiers within the account participate in the campaign, therefore all users within the account are eligible to send surveys from the campaign.
Selected tiers: only the selected tiers are participants in the campaign, therefore only users assigned to the selected tiers can send surveys from the campaign.
All tiers except: all tiers accept those selected here are participants in the campaign. If a tier is selected here, the users within that tier are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
Source and Recipient Information
In the 'Source' section, configure where the data is ingested by selecting active ingestion configurations within the account. Define which personas from the ingested data will receive surveys. There's flexibility to select multiple sources to ingest data and send campaigns to individuals from various systems.
Source Type
The Source Type is the data origin from which the transaction data is ingested for campaigns. For each source type, persona type(s) must be selected from the ‘Send to’ field to indicate which personas from the transaction data should become recipients of the campaign.
Send To
In the Send To dropdown, select the personas from the transaction data that should become recipients of the campaign. Multiple personas can be selected if the campaign fits the needs and experiences of multiple parties in the transaction.
Conditions
The Conditions section allows you to set additional criteria that must be met by transactions before triggering a campaign. For instance, you can send campaigns only to transactions in a specific city or those categorized as a particular transaction type, such as ‘refinance.' Several conditions can be created for one source type, and connectors, either ‘and’ or 'or’
Example:
Geographical Conditions: Send campaigns exclusively to transactions from designated cities or states.
Transaction Type: Define conditions based on transaction types, such as 'refinance.'
Transaction Date: send campaigns to recipients based on the date of transaction (delay).
Best Practices:
Keep in mind the intent of your survey questions when making selections in the 'Send to' section.
Consider the relevance of conditions to ensure targeted and meaningful feedback.
Conclusion
By leveraging the eligibility settings, source configurations, and conditions, accounts can optimize the XMP campaign to deliver surveys precisely to the intended recipients based on specific criteria. This level of customization ensures that feedback is not only comprehensive but also highly relevant to your objectives.
