Overview

Each campaign’s Set Conditions empower accounts to finely tailor their survey campaigns by defining specific conditions and triggers. This documentation will guide you through the settings, source selection, and conditions to optimize your campaign's delivery.

Delivery and Eligibility Settings

At the top of the page, you'll find eligibility settings determining who, within the account (based on tier assignment), is qualified to have surveys sent on their behalf from the campaign. Additionally, it dictates the origin of the campaign – whether it is sent from an agent, a specific tier, or the entire account (company).

Send As

Select (Participants)

Beneath the Send As selection menu, you are required to select one of the radio button options to designate which tiers of the account should (or should not) be included in this campaign. There are several ways to designate the tiers that should participate in the campaign.

Source and Recipient Information

In the 'Source' section, configure where the data is ingested by selecting active ingestion configurations within the account. Define which personas from the ingested data will receive surveys. There's flexibility to select multiple sources to ingest data and send campaigns to individuals from various systems.

Source Type

The Source Type is the data origin from which the transaction data is ingested for campaigns. For each source type, persona type(s) must be selected from the ‘Send to’ field to indicate which personas from the transaction data should become recipients of the campaign.

Send To

In the Send To dropdown, select the personas from the transaction data that should become recipients of the campaign. Multiple personas can be selected if the campaign fits the needs and experiences of multiple parties in the transaction.

Conditions

The Conditions section allows you to set additional criteria that must be met by transactions before triggering a campaign. For instance, you can send campaigns only to transactions in a specific city or those categorized as a particular transaction type, such as ‘refinance.' Several conditions can be created for one source type, and connectors, either ‘and’ or 'or’
