To achieve this, the system offers a feature known as "Lock Settings" that allows managers to secure profile fields and categories, ensuring that essential information remains consistent and unaltered. Establishing Profile Locks

Locks serve as digital safeguards placed on specific profile fields and categories. When a manager locks profile fields, a message will appear informing the manager of the restrictions that will be placed on the selected fields.

The field can only be unlocked or edited by a manager of the same level or higher.
