Reviews Management Activity Feed

The Reviews Management Activity Feed serves as a centralized log documenting all actions related to reviews within an account, including:

replies to reviews (and deletes/edits to replies)
flagged, archived, and restored reviews
transferred (moved/copied) reviews
requests for review retakes
pinned (and un-pinned) reviews
manually shared reviews

Accessing the Reviews Management Activity Feed

The Reviews Management Activity Feed can be previewed by clicking the pulse icon in the top right corner of the Reviews Management page.

To view more activities and explore the Activity Feed in-depth, click View All Activity at the bottom of the feed’s preview.

Activity Feed Visibility

The visibility of this feed is subject to specific permissions assigned to users. Organization and account managers have the authority to review all actions executed by every user. Tier managers, in turn, have access limited to actions performed to reviews for users under their management purview. Users (professionals) can only review actions on their specific reviews, ensuring a focused and relevant display.

Search and Filter

To enhance usability, the activity feed offers filtering options based on date, tier, or user, along with search functionality.

Export Activity Feed Data

Additionally, users can generate and download exports of the activity feed directly from the Activity Feed page.
