Overview

Dotloop is the collaboration platform where over 1.2 million real estate professionals go to get deals done. By creating online workspaces called “loops”, Dotloop brings everyone involved in the deal together to share, edit, and sign documents, as well as communicate and collaborate.

Experience.com’s Dotloop integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to real estate customers during and after key moments in the home buying process. The Dotloop integration allows you to:

  • Ingest real estate transaction data from Dotloop into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and surveys to real estate customers and partners based on role, transaction type, or location.

Transactions ingested from the Dotloop platform into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.

Configuring the Dotloop Integration in the XMP

Configuring the Dotloop integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires an organization or account manager to have access to the Dotloop account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:

  1. Create a new Dotloop Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click Dotloop, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. When redirected, log in to the Dotloop account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion.

  1. If this is your first time connecting to Dotloop from Experience.com, the platform will ask to authorize several permissions. Click Approve.
