SkySlope Integration
Overview
SkySlope is a real estate transaction management software designed to help brokers store, manage, and audit documents to ensure compliance. The platform enables administrators to track emails and text messages between real estate agents and clients.
Experience.com’s SkySlope integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to real estate customers during and after key moments in the home-buying process. The SkySlope integration allows you to:
Ingest real estate transaction data from SkySlope into Experience.com.
Map ingested data to campaigns within the account
Automate campaigns and surveys to real estate customers and partners based on role, transaction type, or location.
Transactions ingested from the SkySlope platform into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.
Prerequisites for Configuring a SkySlope Integration
Experience.com offers a direct API integration between the XMP and SkySlope. To facilitate the configuration of this connection, you will need:
An Access Key from your organization’s SkySlope instance.

This information may help you find and manage your API details in SkySlope: https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039735331-Integrations-Tab-Available-for-All-Users
Once you have obtained API details from your SkySlope admin account, you may proceed with the configuration process in the XMP.
Configuring the SkySlope Integration in the XMP
Configuring the SkySlope integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires an organization or account manager to have access to the SkySlope account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:
Create a new SkySlope Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.
To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click SkySlope, and then click the blue New Connection button.
To create the connection, some information is required to verify and activate it. Enter the required information and click anywhere in the white space to allow the system to validate the information provided.
Give the connection a name.
Provide the Access Key you obtained in SkySlope
Provide the Access Secret from SkySlope.
With a validated connection, the integration panel expands and provides a total display of all pertinent details in the Brokermint integration. Additional selections are required within the integration configuration plan to customize the data that is ingested from SkySlope.
Select the status(es) that properties must be to be ingested into the XMP. Multiple selections can be made here, and the data can later be fine-tuned or filtered by location or other variable within individual campaign settings.
Additionally, add a point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or possible reconnections.
Upon saving and activating the integration, your transaction data is automatically ingested from SkySLope to the XMP. This automated process streamlines and enhances the customer experience through strategically timed email campaigns and surveys throughout the customer journey.
