Creating and Assigning an Admin

Super Admins can create, manage, and deactivate other Admins as needed. To perform these tasks, navigate to the Admins section, accessible from the left-side navigation menu on the platform.

Creating an Admin

  1. Select “Create New Admin” from the top right corner of the page. The ‘Create New Admin’ workflow will appear on the right side of the page.

  2. Enter the Email, First Name, and Last Name of the individual. The email domain of the new Admin must be experience.com.

  3. Select the Group(s) the new Admin should be assigned. Learn more about Admin Groups.

  4. Use the dropdown menu to search and select the Organization(s) the Admin should have access to view and manage from their login. These will appear on the “My Organizations” page for the Admin.

  5. Click the “Submit” button to create the new Admin account.

Assign an Existing Admin to a New Group

  1. Locate the Admin that needs to be assigned to a new group. Use the search and filter functions in the top left corner, as needed.

  2. Hover over the ellipsis ( ⋮ ) and select “Edit.” This will open the Admin’s account settings.

  3. In the Groups field, select the group(s) to which the Admin should belong. Please note that an Admin may have several group assignments but will inherit the highest permissions across those groups. Learn more about Admin Groups.

  4. Click the “Submit” button to save the changes for the Admin’s new group assignment(s).

Assign an Organization to an Existing Admin

  1. Locate the Admin that needs an Organization assigned to them. Use the search and filter functions in the top left corner, as needed.

  2. Hover over the ellipsis ( ⋮ ) and select “Edit.” This will open the Admin’s account settings.

  3. Use the Organizations field at the bottom of the Admin’s settings to search and select the Organization(s) the Admin should have access to.

  4. Click the “Submit” button to save the changes for the Admin’s new Organization assignment(s).

    1. The changes should take effect immediately. The Admin may need to log out and back in or refresh the page to view the Organizations assigned to them.
