Individual Professionals Management

This document applies to: Super Admins

The Individual Professionals Management section empowers Super Admins with the tools needed to oversee and optimize individual professional profiles on the platform. Divided into two key pages—the Email Verification page and the Manage Users page—this section enables efficient handling of profile requests, verification of user information, and implementation of necessary actions to maintain the integrity and relevance of individual professional profiles.

Please note: Individual Professionals are any professionals (unclaimed, claimed, pro) that are not associated with an enterprise account in the XMP.

Email Verification

On the Email Verification page, Super Admins review requests from individual professionals seeking access (claiming) to a profile using an alternate email from the one attached to their Experience.com profile. Super Admins verify the authenticity of these requests, choosing to approve or deny each submission.

For each request, pertinent information such as the professional's name, the email used for profile claiming, and the elapsed time (in days) since the profile claim is provided.

Comments and Notes

Super Admins have the ability to add comments, visible only to other Super Admins. In addition to private comments, a note can be emailed to the professional, for example, to request more information to confirm their identity.

To view existing comments, click the blue text in the Comments column.

When the menu expands from the right side of the page, comments can be edited, or deleted, or new comments can be created. To add a new comment, click the Add new comment button in the top right corner of the page. Alternatively, a comment can be added without opening this menu by clicking the blue ‘Add note’ text.

To edit or delete an existing comment, hover over the expandable menu on the right of the comment, and select the proper option.

To email a note to the professional in regards to a comment that has been left, for example, to gather additional information, click the envelope icon that says Email note to user, where an email template will appear.

Enter the required information, including a subject line and message. This email will be delivered to the professional from ‘support@experience.com’, and the reply-to email address will also be ‘support@experience.com’.

Ultimately, full access to an individual professional's account is contingent upon a Super Admin's acceptance of the alternative email request. In the event that an email verification request is rejected due to an inability to confirm the professional's identity matching the profile, the individual professional will lose access to the claimed profile.

Once a decision has been made on an email verification request, it cannot be undone. Separate tabs in the Email Verification page separately display accepted and rejected requests.

Manage Users

On the Manage Users page, Super Admins can filter and search through a comprehensive list of individual professionals on Experience.com.

Search and Filter

The Individual Professionals database can be filtered or searched based on criteria such as user type, location, business category, and status.

Manage an Existing Professional

Clicking on a professional's name provides a preview of their profile, and expanding the arrow beside their name displays important identifying information like email, company, and location.

Additionally, the expandable action menu enables Super Admins to perform actions such as:

  • edit the professional’s name/email

  • publishing/unpublishing a profile,

  • activating/deactivating a profile,

  • transferring the professional to an enterprise account (XMP), or

  • updating the profile type (claimed, unclaimed pro).

Create a New Professional

In addition to managing existing individual professional profiles, Super Admins can also create a new professional profile using the Add new user button in the top right corner of the page.

Required information for a new professional profile includes:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Company

  • Location

  • Business category (industry)

  • Profile type (unclaimed)

  • (Toggle) Publish to Search Engines: when toggled to the OFF position, it indicates that this profile should not be published to search engines, including Experience.com for reasons such as being a demo profile.

This robust management platform ensures efficient oversight and optimization of individual professional profiles across Experience.com.
