Upgrading my Account

Easily enhance your Experience.com profile by upgrading to a PRO subscription. This guide walks you through the simple steps to select your subscription plan, apply any promo codes, and finalize your payment. Follow these instructions to unlock the full potential of your account with our PRO features.

Begin by logging in to your Experience.com account. Once logged in, use the left-side navigation menu to go to the Upgrades page.

Locate and click the orange Upgrade to PRO button on the Upgrades page. This will take you to the subscription details page.

You'll find a pill toggle on the upgrade summary page at the top. Use this toggle to choose between paying on a month-by-month basis or paying for the entire year upfront.

Note: All PRO subscriptions are a 1-year commitment, regardless of your payment choice (monthly or annual).

If you have a promo code, enter it in the designated field on the right side of the page, where the summary of charges is displayed.

If you plan to purchase a zip code to appear in sponsored search results, click the blue Get Add-on button. If not, you can skip this step and proceed to the next.

When you’re ready to finalize your upgrade, click the blue Checkout button.

On the payment page, enter your payment information and click the blue Pay Now button to complete your upgrade.
