How to Access These Powerful Tools

Access to the Insights Dashboard and Traffic Monitor (Discoveries) depends on your user type and account status.

Mandate 1 - Premium Subscription

Individual Professionals:

  • Insights Dashboard: Requires a PRO subscription, a Search Rank Score (SRS) of 400+, and a connected Google OAuth account.

  • Traffic Monitor (Discoveries): Requires a PRO subscription plus the Discoveries add-on. You can also experience it during the free 45-day Beta period!

Professionals Within Enterprises:

  • Insights Dashboard: Requires an Everything+Google subscription and an SRS of 400+.

  • Traffic Monitor (Discoveries): Requires an Everything+Google subscription. It's also available during the 45-day Beta period!

Enterprise Controls:

  • Individual Professionals: Can see their data only.

  • Tier Managers: Can use "View As" to see data by branch.

  • Account Managers: Can use "View As" across all locations.

Mandate 2 - Search Rank Score (SRS) 400+

The Insights Dashboard is designed to deliver meaningful, actionable data, but only when there's enough activity to analyze. An SRS of 400+ indicates a minimum level of profile setup, listing accuracy, and review activity, ensuring the platform has enough data to produce valuable trends and insights.

Mandate 3 - Google OAuth Connection

Connecting your Google account ensures your data is complete. Without it, your dashboard could be missing key activities like reviews, map clicks, and profile impressions.

Understanding Key Terms

  • Discovery: Each tracked unique visitor counts as an individual "Discovery." This keeps usage meaningful and measurable.

  • Monitor: A Monitor is any external site (like a blog or personal website) you connect to track traffic. You can set up to 6.

  • Pixel: A small snippet of code you install on your website to allow our system to track visitor behavior and return data to the platform. Without the Pixel, your Monitor won't collect data.

The Traffic Monitor (Discoveries) Beta Period

We're launching Traffic Monitor with a 45-day free Beta Period for all users, including claimed professionals, enterprise users, and PRO subscribers. This is your chance to see the full value of the product before it becomes a gated feature.

During the Beta, you'll have full access to Traffic Monitor, including the ability to create Monitors, view visitor data, see business cards, and archive visitors. You'll receive up to 250 Discoveries (unique visitors tracked) or access for 45 days, whichever comes first.

What You'll See During Beta:

The Beta interface will clearly show your remaining Discovery count and time left in the trial, along with upgrade prompts when your credits run out.

What Happens After Beta?

After the 45-day Beta Period, access to Traffic Monitor will change based on your current subscription:

  • Claimed (free) Users: Will no longer have access. You'll see a locked screen with an option to upgrade to PRO + Discoveries.

  • PRO Users (no add-ons): Can view data collected during the Beta, but won't track new visitors. You'll see a prompt to add Discoveries to continue.

  • PRO + Discoveries Users: Your full access continues with 250 Discoveries per month. If you exceed this, you'll see a call to action to add more.

  • PRO + Win Local Users: Similar to PRO users, you'll see your Beta data, with a prompt to add Discoveries for new tracking.

  • Rocket to Revenue (All Add-ons) Users: Your full access continues with 250 Discoveries per month.

Important: Your data from the Beta period is never lost. All users can view what they collected during the trial once they have the appropriate subscription. Only PRO users can add on Discoveries.

Using Traffic Monitor - The Monitors Tab

The Monitors tab is where you add URLs you want to track. This is the starting point for gaining real-time insights into how you're being found and engaged with.

image-20250724-110111.png

Understanding What's Being Tracked

The Monitors table provides details for each setup:

  • Destination: A label you give to the site being monitored (e.g., "My Personal Website").

  • URL: The full address of the website.

  • Pixels: Indicates if the tracking code is copied to your site.

  • Visitors: Total site visits.

  • Identified: Number of visitors we were able to identify.

Creating a New Monitor

image-20250724-110316.png
  1. Name the Destination: Give your Monitor a recognizable label.

  2. Enter the Website URL: Provide the full domain you want to monitor.

  3. Consent Collection Setup: Specify whether your site collects user consent (e.g., via a cookie banner). This customizes your tracking Pixel for privacy compliance.

  4. Advanced Configuration (Optional):

    • Delay (in seconds): Controls how long the system waits before pulling data after a visit, useful for aligning with consent capture.

    • Allowed URLs: List specific pages you want to track instead of the entire site.

Pixel Placement

Before any data appears, you must add a unique Pixel code to the <head> section of your website. Without the Pixel, no traffic data will be captured. If you're not seeing data, always confirm that the Pixel is installed properly. This may require developer assistance.

Monitor Limits & Use - You can add up to 6 Monitors. Monitors should only be added to websites where you have permission to edit the <head> tag and where lead visibility is meaningful for your business.

Viewing and Managing Identified Visitors

The next three tabs within Traffic Monitor (Discoveries) — Visitors, Cards, and Archive — allow you to view and manage detailed information about your identified visitors.

Visitors Tab

image-20250724-110408.png

The Visitors tab provides detailed information about identified visitors who have interacted with your monitored websites. You'll see insights into visitor demographics, engagement levels, and history, helping you understand who is visiting and how they are interacting with your content. You can also view more specific details about individual visits.

Cards Tab

image-20250724-110432.png

The Cards tab presents the same identified visitors in a convenient business-card-style layout. Each card displays information like gender, age, income, and location (address, city, state) of the visitors (when available). You can perform actions like archiving and viewing full visitor details from this tab.

Archive Tab

The Archive tab lists all your archived visitors. From here, you can either restore a visitor (moving them back to the active list) or delete a visitor (permanently removing their record).

Discoveries Pricing

  • Claimed Users Upgrading to PRO: You can purchase PRO + Discoveries for $99/month, or PRO + Win Local Search + Discoveries. for $129/month (or bundle annually for $1,290 total).

  • Current PRO Users: Once your initial 250 free Discoveries run out, you can keep accessing by purchasing the Discoveries Add-On as a self-serve recharge option.

Important Note on Upgrades: When a claimed user upgrades to PRO, existing Beta credits do NOT roll over unless Discoveries is purchased as part of the upgrade.

If a PRO user purchases Discoveries separately, the price for the first month is pro-rated, and billing syncs with your existing PRO cycle. You'll still receive 250 credits for the month, regardless of the purchase date.
