This feature serves as a mechanism to report reviews containing abusive, restricted, or prohibited content. Once a review is flagged, it undergoes a review and verification process by an Experience.com admin. Following the review, the admin can either restore the flagged review to a professional's profile or archive it, resulting in the permanent removal of the review.
