Reviews Management

The Reviews Management page provides users a comprehensive interface to interact with reviews. Actions include replying to reviews, flagging reviews for removal, accessing additional details from the attached survey, sharing reviews on social media, and more.

Users are granted access to view and manage only their reviews, while tier managers can handle reviews for all users they manage. Account/organization managers and admins have broader visibility, enabling them to view and manage reviews across the entire account. Managers can take actions on behalf of users, employing options like "reply as" to respond to reviews from the user's perspective. This flexible system ensures efficient and tailored review management based on user roles and responsibilities within the Experience Management Platform.
