Prohibited and Restricted Content
Automated systems are employed to detect and flag reviews containing inappropriate elements, such as abusive language and spam. Experience.com regularly monitors and eliminates reviews featuring abusive, threatening, violent, or explicit content. The following content types are strictly prohibited:
Spam or fake content unrelated to the professional's business.
Off-topic comments that are not relevant to the reviewed professional.
Restricted or illegal content, including sexually explicit, graphic, or violent imagery or language.
Offensive, dangerous, and derogatory content that threatens, harasses, intimidates, or causes harm to others. Prohibited content includes that which incites hatred, promotes discrimination or disparages individuals or groups based on various factors.
Impersonation and Conflicts of Interest
Participating in the review system with the intent to manipulate ratings, such as reviewing your own business or posting content about a competitor, is strictly prohibited.
Removal of Reviews
Reviews will not be removed under the following circumstances:
Disagreements between the company/user and the reviewer regarding the course of events. Instead, we encourage responses to provide alternative perspectives.
Perceived unfairness, as customer satisfaction is a subjective opinion left to the involved parties for resolution.
Verified Experience.com reviews may only be removed if they contain Prohibited or Restricted content.
