Deactivate a User

Applies to:

  • Tier Managers

  • Account Managers

  • Organization Managers

  • Admins

Overview

Deactivating a user is a quick and easy way to keep the hierarchy organized and up-to-date when a professional is no longer associated with an account or active. When a user is deactivated from an account, their login credentials are disabled. The user’s reviews will remain on the tier and account’s page although their profile will be dissociated from the account. Any incomplete surveys for the user will be expired, and the remaining automated survey reminders will be discontinued. If any more transactions are ingested for the user after deactivating, they will go unprocessed. A deactivated user can be reactivated from the hierarchy at any time.

How-To

  1. On the users' view of the hierarchy, locate the user that needs to be deactivated. Once located, expand the dropdown menu from the Action column and select Deactivate.
