In the XMP (Experience Management Platform), user roles are often referred to as agents or professionals. Among the different roles in the XMP, only agents have a profile page. These agents have logins that give them access to profiles and dashboards and their Search Rank Score (SRS), which determines their position in search results on Pro.Experience.com.
There are several methods for a professional to gain access/log in to their Experience.com account:
Enterprise Account assignment: a professional that belongs to an enterprise company that has a contract with Experience.com. Users in enterprise accounts typically receive an email invitation from their manager to activate their account.
Claimed profile: a professional who finds their profile on pro.experience.com can claim their profile by confirming their email address and retrieving an invitation email to join.

User Types
Unclaimed Profiles
Unclaimed profiles in the XMP are profiles awaiting professional management, offering no interactive features. These profiles are automatically refreshed every two weeks with web-sourced information and may showcase competitor profiles to visitors. Additionally, based on their Search Rank Score and location-based rank, these professionals may receive marketing and engagement emails.
Claimed Profiles
Claimed profiles offer several advantages compared to unclaimed profiles. Professionals who have claimed their profiles enjoy the ability to edit their user profile information, request reviews, connect with their social media accounts, and request and receive referrals. Claimed profiles, which are free, are associated with the professional who has claimed them. However, there are some limitations, as claimed users can send up to 5 referral requests per month and can upload a profile photo, cover photo, and logo but cannot add supplementary images to their profile. Additionally, partners from complementary industries will be displayed on the right side of the profile for a claimed user, fostering potential collaborations and connections.
Pro Profiles
Pro profiles in the XMP offer an elevated experience for professionals who have claimed their profile and subscribed to additional products or services. Here are the key features and benefits of a Pro profile:
Listings Management: Pro users gain access to listing management tools, allowing them to organize and showcase their business listings effectively across the web.
Exclusion of Competitors: Pro profiles do not display competitor profiles. Instead, professionals can highlight (pin) up to 5 preferred partners on the right side of their profile.
Prominent Pro Badge: Pro users are distinguished by a prominent "Pro" badge attached to their profile and displayed alongside their photo, signifying their enhanced status.
Enhanced Visibility: Pro users enjoy greater visibility with a larger and more distinct icon when their profile appears on a map or in search results.
Referral Requests: Pro users can send up to 100 referral requests per month, enabling them to expand their professional network and opportunities.
Unlimited Image Uploads: Pro users have the freedom to upload an unlimited number of images to their profile, allowing them to showcase their work and services comprehensively.
Pro profiles provide professionals with advanced tools and features to optimize their presence and connections within the XMP, making it a valuable choice for those looking to expand their reach and climb to the top of search results.
Enterprise Profiles
Enterprise profiles within the XMP also have a Pro badge next to their published name, signifying their advanced status. These profiles are linked to enterprise accounts, providing a seamless experience for enterprise professionals.
Enterprise professionals benefit from full access to all Pro features, including the ability to Pin a Partner and utilize the Referral Center. Additionally, if enabled by their account manager, enterprise professionals can subscribe to additional features tailored to their specific needs. Importantly, enterprise professionals enjoy an ad-free experience within the XMP, ensuring streamlined and distraction-free usage.
