The Dropdown Question lets respondents select one response option from a list of options shown in a dropdown menu. Adding a dropdown to your campaign has many benefits, from minimizing the space you will use to making your campaign simpler and more organized.
What Respondents See
Creating a Dropdown Question
To add a Dropdown question to a survey:
On the campaign’s primary questions page, expand the + Add New Question menu, then select Dropdown.
Type the question and format it as necessary using the formatting tools.
When you created the Likert Scale question, default response options were already present. Make any changes to the response options by replacing the text for the response options1, removing response options2, or adding new response options3.
At the bottom of the question editor, mark the question as required (toggle on) or optional (toggle off) for the respondents.
Analyzing the Response Data
Likert Scale response data can be found attached to the question within a campaign’s Question Summary. Likert scale questions display a horizontal bar graph displaying each response option on the y-axis, and the percentage of responses given on the x-axis.
Beneath the bar graph is also a table that displays each response option, the percentage of selections, and the total number of selections for each response.
