An Upload Question is a survey question that allows respondents to upload and submit files or documents as part of their response. Unlike traditional text-based questions, which elicit written or numerical responses, upload questions provide a way for respondents to share images, documents, or other digital files.

This type of question is often used when survey designers want participants to provide evidence, examples, or additional context in the form of files. For example, in a customer feedback survey, an upload question might be used to gather photos of a product issue or screenshots of a particular experience. This feature enhances the versatility of surveys, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of respondents' perspectives through multimedia content.
