Overview

HawkSoft is an insurance management solution designed for independent agencies. HawkSoft offers workflows for commercial and personal lines and an auto-documentation process that builds a trail of every client interaction.

Experience.com’s Hawksoft integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to customers during and after key moments in the sales and claims process. The Hawksoft integration allows you to:

  • Ingest policyholder data from Hawksoft into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and surveys to policyholders or claimants during and after sales and claims to collect experiential feedback.

Transactions ingested from Hawksoft into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.



Prerequisites for Configuring a Hawksoft Integration

Experience.com’s integration with Hawksoft is simple and requires a few steps. Before configuring the integration, you will need to:

  • Gather your Agency ID from your organization’s Hawksoft instance.

    • To find your Agency ID, log in to Hawksoft, click the help icon, and select ‘License Info’.

  • Subscribe to Experience.com in Hawksoft

Once you have obtained your Agency ID from Hawksoft and subscribed to Experience.com, you may proceed with the configuration process in the XMP.

Configuring the Hawksoft Integration

  1. Create a new Hawksoft Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click Hawksoft, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. To create the connection, some information is required to verify and activate it. Enter the required information and click anywhere in the white space to allow the system to validate the information provided.

    1. Give the connection a name.

    2. Provide the Agency ID you obtained in Hawksoft.

With a validated connection, the integration panel expands and provides a total display of all pertinent details in the Greenhouse integration. Within the integration configuration panel, no adjustments are necessary; all the required data and settings are preloaded for your convenience. Fine-tune your data filtering preferences effortlessly by setting conditions within individual campaigns.

During this setup, it is essential, however, to designate a reliable point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or potential reconnections.

Upon saving and activating the integration, your selected applicant and employee data is seamlessly ingested from Greenhouse to the XMP. This automated process streamlines and enhances your employee experience campaigns and surveys, marking a significant step toward a more insightful approach to fostering a positive workplace culture and efficient hiring processes.
