In the XMP (Experience Management Platform), user roles are often referred to as agents or professionals. Among the different roles in the XMP, only agents have a profile page. These agents have logins that give them access to profiles and dashboards and their Search Rank Score (SRS), which determines their position in search results on Pro.Experience.com.
There are several methods for a professional to gain access/log in to their Experience.com account:
Enterprise Account assignment: a professional that belongs to an enterprise company that has a contract with Experience.com. Users in enterprise accounts typically receive an email invitation from their manager to activate their account.
Claimed profile: a professional who finds their profile on pro.experience.com can claim their profile by confirming their email address and retrieving an invitation email to join.
