A survey campaign is a fundamental component of the XMP’s functionality, designed to automate the communication and collection of feedback. It serves as the backbone of survey activities, encapsulating everything needed to conduct effective surveys, beginning with the communication and including the survey questions and workflows. Campaigns can be created only by Admins, Organization Managers, and Account Managers, ensuring controlled and organized survey management within accounts.

One of the standout features of our survey campaigns is their flexibility. They can be created for deployment across an entire account of users or tailored to specific tiers within the account structure. Additionally, specifications or conditions can be set to allow only transactions of specific types to be eligible for campaign participation, enabling targeted survey initiatives.

Moreover, the XMP offers a range of industry-specific campaign templates that include recommended survey questions and pre-configured email setups. This streamlines the campaign creation process, ensuring that surveys are effectively designed and executed in line with industry best practices and recommendations from CX and EX experts.
