In a Rating Scale question, respondents are asked to select a number or symbol on a scale to rank attributes or display feelings/emotions about a given interaction. The Rating Scale question includes an option to choose a 1-5 or a 1-10 scale.

What Respondents See

The 1-5 rating scale allows the respondent to select the number of stars or smileys to express their response.

The 1-10 rating scale utilizes emoji expressions and colors to indicate the direction of the scale.
