Why didn't my review auto-post to social media?

There are several common reasons why a review might not be posted to a social site. Here are the most frequent issues:

  • Your social connection has expired or been disconnected.

  • Auto-post has been disabled for the campaign where the review originated.

  • The review does not meet the minimum requirements (score and gateway response) configured within the campaign where the review originated.

  • Your connection has surpassed the maximum number of posts as per your specified preferences.
