Customizing Auto-Post Preferences (User)
Elevate your online presence and effortlessly share your successes by updating your auto-post preferences. Managing your social media engagement is now simpler than ever. This guide will walk you through the steps to customize your auto-post settings, allowing you to curate the perfect online narrative for your professional profile.
Your social share settings, governing which reviews are eligible for auto-posting on each social platform, are accessible and adjustable within your account settings.
Navigate to the Settings page using the left-side menu, then choose Reviews Settings from the sub-menu.
The social share settings include distinct permissions for each auto-posting-enabled social site: Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. For each platform, you can customize:
enable/disable the auto-post feature,
the minimum review score required for auto-posting,
the maximum number of auto-posts allowed per day, and
the minimum time gap between auto-posts (in hours and minutes).
The social share settings for each site are separate from one another. To customize your preferences for each social platform, click the downward-facing arrow to expand the settings for that specific site.
Save your new preferences to take effect by clicking the blue save button in the top right corner of the page.
Why didn't my review auto-post to social media?
There are several common reasons why a review might not be posted to a social site. Here are the most frequent issues:
Your social connection has expired or been disconnected.
Auto-post has been disabled for the campaign where the review originated.
The review does not meet the minimum requirements (score and gateway response) configured within the campaign where the review originated.
Your connection has surpassed the maximum number of posts as per your specified preferences.
