Managing Promoted Partners
The subsequent steps will guide you in managing your promoted partners, encompassing both pinning and unpinning actions. Begin by logging in to Experience.com and navigating to your profile page.
Promote (Pin) a Partner
On the right side of your profile page, locate and click the blue Add Professionals button or the pen-in-pad icon.
Search for Professionals:
Use the search bar within the expanded menu to search for the professional you want to promote on your profile.
Select and Pin:
Once you've found the professional you wish to promote, click on the pin icon on their preview's right side.

This action will display a larger preview of their profile, including a snippet of their reviews, allowing you to confirm their identity. After confirming, click the blue Pin this Professional button to promote them on your profile.

Remove a Promotion (Pin) from your Profile
A list of the promoted professionals on your profile can be viewed anytime from the expandable menu after clicking the blue Add Professionals button or the pen-in-pad icon.
To remove a professional from your profile, locate their preview in the list and click the red unpin text on the right.
After clicking unpin, confirm your choice to remove the promotion.

Once you've managed your promoted partners, click the blue Save button to apply your changes to your profile.

Search for a Partner
When you land on the Promote Partners page, a search bar is located front and center for you to search for partners you wish to promote. As you search for partners, clicking their names will expand a drawer from the right side of the page with a preview of their profile information and reviews.

To promote a partner, search for them in the search bar and click Promote this partner beside their name.

Invite a Partner to Experience.com
If you can't find your partner's profile, invite them to the platform by clicking the blue Invite your partner button when the search results are empty.

In the drawer that expands from the right side of the page, enter your partner's email. Confirm the pre-arranged subject line or write your own, then confirm the pre-arranged text of the invitation email, which includes:
a link to sign up,
a personalized discount code to share with your partner, and
instructions on how they can promote you back.
Finally, click the blue invite button to send the invitation.
