Enterprise users, offered access thanks to their company, enjoy broad access to PRO-level functionalities, and in some cases the ability to upgrade individual products, including Listings and/or Win Local Search. This guide will outline the differences between these user types and their corresponding subscription options, including feature upgrades.

Free Users

Once a professional has claimed their profile on Experience.com, they gain access to a range of basic features designed to enhance their experience on the platform. These features include:

1. Search Rank Calculator: Evaluate and track your search ranking performance on Experience.com.

2. Search Rank Game: Engage in a gamified experience to improve your search rank.

3. In-Market Search Leaderboards: Access leaderboards to see where you stand in your market.

4. Professional Page on Experience.com: Showcase your professional presence with a dedicated page on Experience.com.

5. Request up to 5 reviews per day: Solicit feedback from your network to build your reputation.

6. Import and Manage Reviews from the Web: Consolidate and manage reviews from various online sources.

7. Reviews Management: Monitor and respond to reviews to maintain your online reputation.

8. Reviews Widget: Embed reviews on your website or other platforms to showcase your reputation.

Additionally, free users can take advantage of our help center and AI chat support for assistance as they navigate the platform.

PRO Users

In addition to all the features available to free users, PRO users enjoy the following enhancements:

Enterprise Users

Enterprise users on Experience.com are granted access to their account tied to their company, which covers the core products of the platform, including campaigns, dashboards, and reporting. Enterprise users can interact with automated surveys originating from campaigns, and in some cases, may have the benefit of automated replies to their reviews, both created and managed by their enterprise managers.

In addition to having access to all features related to the enterprise account, they (in many cases) also have the flexibility to purchase add-ons or upgrades to augment their experience. For instance, if a professional is part of an account (company) that does not offer Listings for their professionals, they can sign up and pay for Listings individually, provided permission to upgrade is allowed by the company.

Enterprise users can upgrade themselves to a full PRO user and reap all the benefits that a PRO user does, or they can purchase a bundle, created by their account manager(s), as a package deal to upgrade their profile to include a specific set of products. Moreover, individuals within enterprise accounts can opt to purchase a zip code in Local Search Boost, enabling their profile to appear in the sponsored results at the top of local search results. This flexibility allows enterprise users to tailor their Experience.com experience to their specific needs and preferences, ensuring they can make the most out of the platform's offerings.
