Once a user has been created, they can be moved around between tiers or even across accounts and organizations. When users are moved properly, they retain their reviews and profile information. Tier managers can move users between tiers that they manage, so long as the account setting that controls tier managers' ability to move users is enabled.

*For a tier manager to move a user, they must manage both the source and target tiers.
Overview
Properly moving a user allows the user to retain their profile information, reviews, and SEO progress. The directions below walk through the steps of moving a user.
How-To
On the users' view of the hierarchy, locate the user that needs to be moved. Once located, expand the dropdown menu from the Action column and select Move User.
The Move User panel should expand from the right side of the page and will require some fields to be filled out:
Organization: the organization with the tier the user will be moved to.
This field is automatically filled with the current organization.
This field is only available for Admins.
Account: the account with the tier the user will be moved to.
This field will be automatically filled with the current account. Account managers that manage only one account and tier managers cannot edit this field when moving a user.
This field is available for organization and account managers but not tier managers.
Tier: the tier the user should be moved to.
Tier managers will only see/be able to select the tiers they manage.
Once the target organization, account, and tier have been selected, an action needs to be selected for the review transfer:
Copy reviews: make a copy of each review on the user’s profile for them to display on their profile while leaving the original reviews within the original account/tier’s public page.
This option is available for organization and account managers but not tier managers. When moving a user to a tier within the same account, it is best practice to move the reviews to avoid having copies of the same review appear multiple times within the account and on the public page.
Move reviews: take the original reviews and move them to the user’s new account/tier assignment, removing them from the original account/tier’s public page.
When all required fields are filled out, click the blue Continue button in the bottom right corner of the page.
Confirm the details on the next screen, which includes the user and their current tier assignment, then click the blue Continue button.
Finally, review the details about where the user will be moved and click the blue Confirm button.
Once the user has been moved, their profile will be available with the same information and reviews they had before the transfer. Their URL to their public page will remain the same and so will their login credentials.
