When a review is eligible for auto-posting, the social media posting process follows a hierarchical structure, enabling reviews to be shared on various levels, such as agent, tier, parent tier, and beyond, based on specific auto-post criteria set for each level. For instance, consider Agent A affiliated with the San Ramon branch, situated in the California region, and part of a larger company. If a 4.5-star review without any flagged swear words is generated, it will be automatically posted on all connected social media pages associated with the agent, branch, region, and company, given that each level has set the minimum score criterion for auto-posting as 4.5. However, if the region has a higher threshold, say 5.0, the review won't be posted on the region's social media pages but will still be shared on the agent's, branch's, and the company's pages, ensuring a nuanced and customizable approach to social media sharing.

Tier Auto-Posting

Tier managers can enhance the social media presence of the tier(s) they manage by connecting and configuring auto-post settings for their connected social pages. This feature enables a streamlined process where reviews from users within the tier can be automatically posted on the tier’s Facebook, LinkedIn, or X profile.
