Accounts List
Overview
The Accounts List page offers two distinct views to cater to different administrative needs. The first view exclusively displays Accounts assigned to the Admin, providing a focused perspective on their responsibilities. The second view contains a list of All Accounts within the system. The green pill-shaped button at the top of the page can be used to toggle between views.
The Accounts List includes key information such as the Account name, number of Tiers and users, Account activation date, current status (e.g., onboarding, active, or inactive), and quick actions for efficient management and navigation. An additional column offers extra room for information about an account, including a badge for Accounts still in onboarding or the number of mismatched transactions the Account has.
The Accounts List can be sorted ascending to descending, or vice versa, by pressing the column headers for Account Name, Account activation date, or Account status.
Filters (& Search)
Filters can filter the Accounts list by Organization or status (onboarding, active, deactivation requested, inactive, or suspended). The Search function allows Admins to search by Account name, while the User name search returns results for Accounts with the name entered.
Organization Managers viewing the Accounts List have one main view that displays all Accounts within their Organization.
