'View As' Feature for Managers and Admins

Although Account Managers and Tier Managers possess the ability to Reply As a user within Reviews Management and can edit nearly all profile information/settings for a managed user, the interface and experience on the XMP vary from that of a user.

The View As feature enables Managers to view the platform exactly as the user sees it, facilitating guidance through account management actions with ease and understanding.

How to use the View As feature

  1. From any page inside an account in the platform, locate your name and role assignment in the top right corner. Click the dropdown arrow to expand the Viewing As menu.

  2. Type or select the name of the user from the View As dropdown. Click Apply.

  1. You are now viewing the XMP as the user selected from the menu. You will see the same experience they encounter upon logging in, including the Search Rank game pop-up and the gamified dashboard.

Once you are finished viewing the XMP as a specific user, locate the 'Viewing As' menu and click the X in the grey box that says viewing as ___.
