Transaction Monitor
Transaction Monitor in XMP is a feature that tracks and analyzes user interactions with customers, termed transactions, captured through configured ingestion connections. Each transaction must meet specific conditions to trigger a survey campaign. Unsuccessful transactions are categorized as mismatched, uncollected, uncategorized, corrupt, etc.
The Transaction Monitor dashboard offers real-time statistics and trends on successfully processed and unprocessed transactions within the set date range. This data allows Organization and Account managers to monitor the health of ingestion setups and transaction preprocessing.
The Transaction Monitor provides two data cards: the System card, which displays comprehensive data and a vividly colored graph, and the Organization and Account card, situated below the System graph, showcasing data for each account within the organization. Account Managers can view data specific to their managed accounts. Filters can be applied to this card by date range, accounts, number of users, connection type, or trend type.
The interactive graph illustrates trends in the percentage change of total transactions for the selected date range compared to the previous range. Arrow marks denote trends: a red "down arrow" indicates a decrease, a yellow "down arrow" indicates no change, and a green "up arrow" indicates improvement. This allows users to quickly assess transaction trends and performance over time.
