Social Reviews Report

The new Social Reviews Report, which contains information on third-party reviews for the user, tier, and account, is now available to the org manager, Account Manager, Tier Manager, and Admins from the Reports section of the account-level reporting UI.

 

 

 

  1. The report reflects third-party reviews received for the account, tier, and user along with the user, tier, and account details, the review, reply, and the source of reply (If replied from the platform). If the reply is not made from http://Experience.com , it is labeled as ‘Replied at Source’.

  2. The report can be filtered using ‘Review Source’ (Google, Facebook, Zillow, Twitter, etc), Custom Date Range (reviews received date), and Review Status (Active, Archive,d or Flagged)

  3. When the report is downloaded, the reviews associated with the respective hierarchy or tiers below are considered for the report. When a Tier manager tries to download the ‘Social Reviews Report’ the reviews relating to the users assigned to that tier manager (Users in that tier or associated with that tier) are displayed by default.

 

The report contains the following fields:

  1. Agent ID

  2. Agent Name

  3. Tier Assignment

  4. Location

  5. Reviewer Name

  6. Reviewer Email

  7. Reviewer Number

  8. Reviewer City

  9. Reviewer State

  10. Review Received Date

  11. Source of Review (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Zillow etc)

  12. Review

  13. Review Replied (Yes or No)

  14. Reply

  15. Review Replied date

  16. Reply Source (Replied using AI, Manual Response, Stock response, or Replied at Source)

  17. Review Status (Archived or Flagged) (If the operation is performed from our platform)
