There are over ten unique question types available for use when building the survey questions of a campaign. There are several options available for both open- and closed-ended question types, and each question is fully customizable in terms of the labels and requirements. It is important to select question types that will report the data the way it is desired.
While survey questions can be edited at any time, some editing limitations apply once the campaign has been activated to maintain the integrity and value of the data.
