Hierarchical Structure and Publishing Toggles

The hierarchy displayed on this page mirrors the familiar structure for managers accustomed to navigating the account's hierarchy. Each tier is accompanied by a column with publishing toggles. Enabling the Publish toggle for specific tiers allows managers to manage locations across the web, such as for branches or teams.

Publish Status Indicators

The status column adjacent to the publish toggle indicates the publish status of each location's listing to target sites. A blue checkmark signifies that the location's listing is published to target sites, while a grey check mark indicates it is not yet published.

Action Column

The action column on the far right of the hierarchy enables managers to take specific actions related to location listings. Managers can view a breakdown of a location's publish status across target sites or use the action menu to edit and/or publish a listing.

Bulk Management

To streamline management tasks, managers can select several tiers' checkboxes on the left side of the hierarchy. Using the circular ellipsis button in the top right corner, managers can make changes to multiple tiers at once, facilitating efficient bulk management operations.

The Locations Management page empowers managers to maintain accurate and up-to-date location information across various web platforms, ensuring a consistent online presence for their enterprise accounts.
