Tier Managers

Tier managers play a crucial role within the XMP, responsible for managing specific tiers and overseeing the users within those tiers. Tier managers within the XMP have the ability to:

• Activate*, deactivate, and update the accounts of users they manage

• Edit the profiles of the users they manage

• Reply to reviews on behalf of users they manage

• Manage the listings data for tier locations and user profiles they manage

• Generate and download reports for the tiers and users they manage

Listings Managers

Listings managers are supplemental managers in an account’s hierarchy entrusted with managing listings data efficiently and effectively. Listings manager within the XMP can:

• Edit, update, and publish listings data for locations they manage

• Edit, update, and publish listings data for users they manage

• Generate and download reports related to Listings Management
