Corrupt Transactions

In the Experience Management Platform (XMP), transactions lacking the minimum required data to send surveys are flagged as corrupt and directed to the corrupt page in the unprocessed transactions section. A transaction is marked as corrupt if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Agent Name or Email is blank or invalid.

  • Customer/Partner Email is present but lacks a first name.

  • Customer/Partner Name is present, but Email is blank or invalid.

Managers and admins hold the capability to export all corrupt transactions, providing a comprehensive view of these flagged entries for further analysis or corrective action.

This systematic approach ensures that only transactions meeting the necessary data criteria proceed for survey processing, maintaining the integrity of the feedback collection process in the XMP.

Corrupt transactions are automatically archived after 180 days, with the option for administrators or managers to adjust the archive period based on specific preferences, providing efficient management of data retention within the platform.
