Uncollected Transactions
The Uncollected tab in the XMP houses transactions that lack data matching the send criteria for any active campaigns. During the ingestion process, the system compares transaction details against the conditions set for campaigns on the Set Conditions page.
If a transaction fails to meet all the specified conditions for any active campaigns within the account, it is moved to the Uncollected tab. This ensures that only transactions aligning with the criteria set for ongoing campaigns proceed, maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of the feedback collection process in the XMP.
Managing Uncollected Transactions
Uncollected transactions within the XMP can undergo reprocessing, but success is contingent upon a change that aligns the transaction with the updated set conditions of a campaign. For insight into why a transaction ended up in the Uncollected tab and didn't progress to a campaign post-ingestion, the Uncollected Reasons column offers detailed information.
This column provides transparency into the specific reasons a transaction failed to meet the criteria for active campaigns, aiding administrators and managers in making informed adjustments to enhance the processing success of future transactions.
Uncollected transactions are automatically archived after 180 days, with the option for administrators or managers to adjust the archive period based on specific preferences, providing efficient management of data retention within the platform.
