Widget

Overview

The Experience.com widget empowers users and tiers to seamlessly embed reviews on their web pages, creating an engaging display of all reviews for a specific user or tier, along with the total count and average score. Users and managers can easily generate HTML codes for basic and customized review widgets, offering flexibility in design choices.

The reviews widget offers a comprehensive display of ALL reviews without the ability to apply specific filters such as score, transaction type, or other criteria. For a more refined display with specific criteria, access to the API is essential. API access is granted to account and organization managers or their technical counterparts, providing the flexibility to tailor the review display according to specific preferences and criteria.

Basic Reviews Widget

The basic review widget presents an unfiltered feed of all reviews, sorted from newest to oldest, and includes options for source, score, date, and gateway response filtering.

The review widget can display various numbers of reviews per page when displayed on another web page. The dropdown menu on the left control panel allows you to decide how many reviews to display per page.

A contact and write-a-review buttons are included at the top of the widget.

Custom Reviews Widget

For those seeking more customization, the custom review widget provides additional choices. Users can personalize the color scheme and font, with various options available.

This widget can be tailored to showcase reviews from a specific campaign, and designers have the flexibility to choose and disable filters, sort methods, and even remove the write a review and contact buttons if desired. The widget offers a dynamic and interactive way to showcase reviews on external web pages.

Implementing a Reviews Widget on your Webpage

After customizing the reviews widget to align with your preferences, proceed by clicking the blue "Get Code" button. A sub-menu will expand from the right side of the page, displaying an HTML code box containing the code snippet tailored to your specifications.

This code can be copied and pasted into the HTML code of your web page, seamlessly presenting the reviews widget for your site visitors to explore and engage with.
