Configuring Bundles for Enterprise Users

This document provides detailed instructions for Admins, Organization Managers, and Account Managers on configuring and managing bundles within their Experience.com account. Bundles are collections of products that can be sold together to professionals within the account.

Accessing the Bundles Page

To access the Bundles page, navigate to the Accounts list, hover over the arrow in the action column, and select the Bundles option (labeled Configure Bundles for Admins and Bundles for Account/Organization Managers).

You can view all bundles (draft, active, and inactive) on the Bundles page and manage them as necessary. The default bundle, known as the PRO bundle, is always present. Admins can create new bundles by clicking the Create a Bundle button on the blank box near the existing bundles. Below the account's bundles, a list of each product and its default pricing is displayed.

Creating a New Bundle

To create a new bundle:

  1. From the Bundles page, click the Create a Bundle button on the blank box near the existing bundles.

  2. A drawer will open on the right side of the page. Enter a name for the bundle, then select the products to be included in the bundle from the dropdown menu.

  3. As you add products, the monthly price will automatically adjust. Admins may manually update this price with the proper processes and approval. The annual price will automatically update to offer 12 months for the price of 10 when paid in full for the year.

  4. After selecting the products to be included, click Save.

The newly created bundle will appear as a draft on the Bundles page. At this point in the process, it is not published and will not yet be available for professionals to purchase on the Upgrades page.

Editing a Bundle

While the bundle is in draft status, you can edit the product selection, name, and price by hovering over the action icon (ellipsis) and selecting Edit.

Publishing a Bundle

To publish a bundle and make it available for purchase by professionals in the account, locate the draft bundle on the Bundles page, hover over the action icon (ellipsis), select Publish, and confirm your action.

Careful! Once a Bundle is published, it cannot be edited.
