Forgot Password
If, during login, the user or manager does not know or remember their password, the Forgot Password button can be used to reset their account password and regain access to their account.
Option 1 - Log in using Magic Link
If you have forgotten your password, click the Login using the Magic Link temporarily by entering the primary email address, confirming you are not a robot, and click on the Instant Access: Email me a Magic Link. You will receive the temporary login link via the primary email address. Click on the magic link to log in temporarily for 24 hours. We recommend setting the password within 24 hours to ensure you maintain a secure account.
Option 2 - Receive the Password Recovery link via the Recovery Email
If you don’t have access to your primary email address, click the sign in with a password instead button.
Now, click on the Having trouble logging in? text button.
Now, enter the recovery email address to receive the password recovery link. You will receive an email to your recovery email address. Click on the reset password button from the email to change your password.
Setting Up Recovery Email for Password Recovery
To help you get back into your account quickly and securely, you can now add an optional recovery email address to your profile. If you forget your password, we'll send a password recovery link directly to this verified secondary email.
Go to the Settings section in your account.
Navigate to the Email Address tab.
You'll find the option here to add or update your recovery email address. Enter your recovery email address.
Go to your email inbox and click on the verify now button in the verification email received from Experience.com.
The same applies to the recovery phone number too.
Important Steps & Details:
Verification Required: When you add or change a recovery email, a verification link will be sent to that email address. You must click this link to confirm the change and activate your recovery email. This is a crucial security step.
Unique Email Address: Please ensure your chosen recovery email is not already associated with another user account on our platform.
