To merge these profiles and ensure that you retain all your information, reviews, and Search Rank Score, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our customer support team at support@experience.com.

  2. Provide Necessary Details: In your email, include the email address of your primary account (the one you wish to keep).

  3. Include Additional URLs: If possible, provide the URLs of the duplicate profile(s) you have identified.

Our team will promptly merge the profiles, ensuring all important information is retained.

Our profiles are created based on publicly available information about your business, similar to how unclaimed businesses appear on platforms like Yelp or Google. Therefore, profiles cannot be removed. However, you have several options to manage your profile:

  1. Correct Inaccuracies: If any information is incorrect, you can claim your profile and update it. This process is free and does not require any payment information.

  2. Merge Duplicate Profiles: If you find duplicate profiles, let us know and we will assist in merging them.

  3. Get Assistance: If you have further questions or need help, join our daily Office Hours for professionals.

If you are no longer in business or have changed industries, please contact us, and we can remove your profile.
