Manage the Referrals You Requested

Alternatively, if the request is no longer relevant or needed, they have the option to archive it, streamlining their referral management process effectively.
Actions can be taken on several requests at the same time by ticking the checkbox to the left of each request and then using the action menu in the top right corner to resend or archive.
Managing Referrals You Receive
The Referrals Received page offers a comprehensive overview of all referrals (leads) received by the professional. The table can be filtered or searched for specific leads by clicking the filter icon in the top right-hand corner.
Within the table, professionals can access key information such as the lead's details, including their name and email address, along with their location if provided by the referrer. Additionally, the page displays the details of the referrer, encompassing their name and email address. Also in the table, professionals can track the number of follow-up attempts made, along with the date of the latest follow-up, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups to nurture leads.
Professionals can take action on leads by utilizing the Follow-up option, enabling them to send a personalized message to the lead, building on the initial connection made by their mutual contact.
Additionally, if a referral is no longer relevant, it can be archived from the list, streamlining the management of received referrals. To take action on several leads at one time, tick the checkboxes to the left of the lead, then use the Action icon () to follow up or archive the transactions.
